We want you to love your Radio Flyer apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange to ensure you stay stylish on every journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original box or a similar mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
